London Cattery Directory

The London Boarding Cattery Directory, which served cat owners in London looking for a local boarding cattery has now been merged into the British Cattery Directory, providing listings of boarding catteries across the UK, not just London. If you don't want to read more and simply want to find a local cattery in London, simply visit the new directory at

Making it easier for cat owners living on the outer regions of Greater London, the Cattery Directory allows you to search for catteries by Postcode area so, for example, cat owners living in the Bromley region can simply search for catteries in the BR postcode area, instead of searching London and then Kent listings. The same applies for areas such as Twickenham - if you weren't sure whether to search for London, Middlesex or Surrey, just search the TW postcode area. It makes life easier.

For your convenience, and as was the case with the London Cattery Directory, catteries are listed in a directory-style display and if you click to read more about a specific cattery you are taken to a page which contains a description of the cattery, any contact details that were provided to us (usually including telephone, email and the cattery's website address) plus their address and a Google map showing where the cattery is located.

We are a small group of freelance website designers who do our job because we love it. We offer clients affordable and effective design services. If you want a new website for your business, get in touch with us. Getting a decent, professionally designed website costs less than you think.

We build websites for fun!

We're a small group of website designers, living in both the UK and Italy, who started out by building websites as a hobby. The hobby quickly became a cottage-style business and has happily remained that way. We don't plan on becoming a large business, having seen how many operate. These days, too many 'local website designers' don't design websites any more. They simply take orders and then farm them out to low-cost agencies in India. Their focus is on getting a paid-for order, and then tying users down to expensive maintenance agreements. As a business model, it's an excellent idea, but we actually enjoy website design. Paying someone to do it for us is a bit like learning how to ski, buying the best skis you can find and then paying someone to use them for you. A bit sad.

We don't have ambitions to earn loads of money and, as we're small (6 regular designers) we can't and don't accept all the requests we receive. We just don't have time. Also, we are involved in a lot of non-profit projects; sites such as the Cattery Directory (advertisers pay only a nominal sum to be listed) and Adoptable, a website set up to help voluntary groups involved in pet rescue and welfare. We do the stuff we want, in simple terms. Every website is dealt with by a single designer, who takes personal care and pride in what he or she does. You don't get that feeling if you sub-contract work to unseen college leavers on the other side of the world.
